Jason Woodford, owner, is a freelance HD camera operator with over a decade of education and experience in Digital Film Production. Established in 2006, Crosswood Productions is a viable, affordable production house specializing in documentaries and based in the Okanagan. Since moving to the valley from his native England in 2002, Jason has worked in Vancouver and the Interior on projects from Film, Television and new media to live event multi-camera operations.

His most recent work includes being principal camera and location sound on the award winning feature length documentary "One Big Hapa Family" and currently developing a documentary based on the exploits of prog rock legend Keith Emerson (of Emerson Lake & Palmer). His qualifications from the UK include a BA Hons degree in Scriptwriting for Film and Television and qualifications in Cinematography. He currently has several screenplays in development. Since the move he has also completed courses (with honours) from Vancouver Film School.From 2004-06 he served as president of the Okanagan Society of Independent Filmmaking and has just finished 6 years with the Okanagan International Film Festival.

Crosswood Productions currently sponsors the Westside Warriors with their live coverage through the BCHL as well as providing highlights of all their home games for their Youtube page.
