Planet Earth Recycling Ltd. operates a full service public recycling depot in Westbank. They also provide regular pickup services for offices/businesses throughout the Okanagan.

Planet Earth deals in more than 50 different recyclable commodities such as all grades of scrap metals, plastics, papers, cardboard, electronics, small & large appliances, batteries (household & automotive) & cell phones. They are an authorized Encorp Return-It Electronics depot as well as an authorized Product Care Small Appliance Depot and a bulk shipper of batteries and cell phones with Call-2-Recycle. They were a finalist for the 2011 Green Business Awards in Kelowna and are members of the Recycling Council of British Columbia.

Paul Marois, founder has over 20 years experience in the Recycling and Waste Management industry not only in the Okanagan, but also in the Lower Mainland and Calgary markets. His overriding philosophy is to cater to his customers individual recycling needs by using a consultative selling approach, to provide professional on time service at reasonable rates, and to give back to the community by providing employment opportunites to the disadvantaged.
