Westside Valuation Services is a real estate appraisal and consulting company offering its services throughout the Valley with particular emphasis on the area between Kelowna and Penticton.

Westside Valuation Services has offices in Peachland and Summerland. They provide appraisals on both residential and commercial/industrial property. With more than 40 years experience in the appraisal profession, the clients of owner Robert Mason and partner Julian Mason appreciate their personal service, well-supported value estimates and the quick turnaround time for delivery of their reports.

Westside Valuation Services provide fair market values in a timely fashion for use by most lenders for mortgage, financing, and other purposes. They offer a competitive fee structure and extended service area.

The partners of Westside Valuation Services are accredited appraisers with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Robert Mason is a past president of the Institute, as well as a past President of his local United Way fund. He also served a term on the local Municipal council and is currently serving as a Reviewer in the Institute's National Peer Review program.
