Hergott Law specializes in ICBC and other Personal Injury claims and real estate transactions and refinancing.

Owner Paul Hergott works exclusively to achieve fair results for injured victims. He has developed a reputation for achieving fair compensation for injured victims of ICBC and other personal injury claims. He has developed one of the largest personal injury practices in the Okanagan through referrals from satisfied clients as well as other lawyers and members of the medical community. He has clients from all over British Columbia. 

Hergott Law also provides services in real estate transactions and refinancing through Terri Hergott, one of the most experienced real estate assistants in the Okanagan.

Paul Hergott has been a weekly newspaper columnist in the Westside section of the Capital News since January, 2007.

Hergott Law donates 100% of it's fees collected for basic notary services to the local brain injury association. Hergott Law has had a float in the Westside Daze Parade since 2008, which is a rolling hot-dog stand that hands out free hot-dogs to the spectators, and won “Best Commercial Float” in 2009. Paul has been honoured by the Westbank Chamber of Commerce, for Best Customer Service in 2004 and 2008; for Quality Excellence in 2007; and Business Person of the Year in 2010.
